Qualifications

• Five+ years in community relations, stakeholder engagement or related field.
• Experience building relationships with local officials and community organizations.
• Strong public speaking, presentation and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and judgment in sensitive discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines with organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing skills for clear messaging.
• Proactive, relationship-oriented approach across teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead community engagement strategies to strengthen local relationships in Minnesota.
• Identify stakeholders, assess sentiment, anticipate concerns, and create proactive plans.
