Job summary

Frontier Energy is seeking a strategic leader to head Minnesota market engagement across its utility programs. You will coordinate customers, trade allies, stakeholders, communications, events, and marketing to expand participation and build project pipelines.

The first 15 months focus on building and proving the model in Minnesota, with successful practices ready for adaptation to other Frontier markets starting in 2028.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in market engagement or business development
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to build and scale programs across multiple markets

Responsibilities

• Lead Minnesota market engagement across Frontier's utility programs
• Develop and manage a statewide market network of contractors, trade allies, manufacturers, and associations
• Establish KPIs, roles, handoffs, and operating practices across programs
• Coordinate customer engagement, stakeholder outreach, trade ally engagement, communications, events, and marketing
• Support business growth by identifying adjacent opportunities and expansion areas
