Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in community relations or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience developing and executing engagement strategies with local officials.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work remotely from Minnesota and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead community engagement strategies across Minnesota.
• Identify stakeholders and develop proactive engagement plans.
• Represent the organization at public meetings and consultations.
• Plan and facilitate informational sessions and community meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Project teams to align engagement with milestones.
