Job summary

Scale AI Human Frontier Collective seeks researchers to join a fully remote Fellows program. You’ll collaborate with experts across 70+ fields to shape frontier AI, participate in high-impact projects, and contribute to papers and reports.

Candidates bring a PhD or postdoc in ML/CS, strong Python and ML framework skills, cloud/AWS experience, and a collaborative mindset. 10–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Visa sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• PhD or postdoctoral research in ML/CS, or senior ML industry experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and LangChain is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scale's researchers to advance frontier AI and publish findings.
• Design, review, and optimize ML models and experiments across projects.
• Contribute to technical reports and co-authored papers with the research team.
