Scale's Human Frontier Collective Fellowship invites top researchers to design, evaluate, and interpret advanced generative AI systems as part of an interdisciplinary network. This fully remote, US-only 1099 independent contractor role spans roughly six months with possible extension.

You'll collaborate on high-impact projects, contribute to publications, and engage with AI labs and platforms. Applicants should hold PhDs or equivalent, demonstrate domain expertise in STEM, and enjoy rigorous,

Qualifications

• PhDs, postdoctoral researchers, and professors with domain expertise in STEM fields such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Humanities, or other related disciplines.
• Detail-oriented, innovative thinker with a passion in applied AI research and a commitment to collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Design complex, domain-specific problems and datasets to rigorously evaluate AI models.
• Collaborate with Scale’s research team to co-author technical reports and research papers.
• Engage in high-impact projects with partnered AI labs and platforms; contribute to publications.
