Paylocity is seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Engineering to lead a team responsible for scalable ML infrastructure and tooling. You will drive end-to-end ML workflows, from data pipelines to deployment, while mentoring engineers and aligning ML initiatives with business goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data science and engineering, staying current with AI/ML advancements, and delivering impactful insights for millions of Paylocity users.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years hands-on AI/ML success at software companies.
• 2+ years leading data teams with coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Experience writing production-grade ML infrastructure/models in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Glue, EMR, Lambda) and IaC tooling.
• Familiar with CI/CD and software development best practices (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins).
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results.
