Job summary

You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy production ML models, build scalable data pipelines, and improve ranking systems that touch millions of users.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience including internships, research, or projects.
• Strong programming in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience working with SQL and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for personalization and recommendations.
• Build scalable data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to productionize research.
• Improve ranking models using large-scale behavioral and engagement data.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance through experiments, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following software engineering best practices.
• Support initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes through ML solutions.
