Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks an ML Engineer I to join a remote US-based team. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to build, train, and deploy models that personalize experiences at scale.

You will contribute to data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation, using Python and ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with SQL and Git for data handling and version control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or internships in ML.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Solid ML fundamentals: supervised learning, classification, regression, feature engineering, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for personalization and recommendations.
• Build scalable data pipelines for feature engineering, training, and inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize research.
• Improve models using large-scale behavioral data and experiments.
• Monitor model performance with A/B testing and data-driven analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following best practices.
• Support initiatives to enhance customer engagement via ML solutions.
