Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field (grad preferred).
• 2 years of experience developing high-performance ML systems.
• Experience with segmentation, depth estimation, or other perception tasks.
• Strong Python and ML framework skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize CVML models and training pipelines with safety in production.
• Own ML development lifecycle from prototype to production-scale deployment on edge and cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate perception models into autonomous tractor initiative.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics on large-scale datasets.
• Contribute to advancing autonomous agriculture through ML and computer vision techniques.
