Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong C++ development for Linux in real-time systems.
• Experience with ROS and robotics software packages (AOS, Flatbuffers, Protobufs).
• Proficient with Git and Bazel for build, test, deploy.
• Experience building end-to-end testing solutions (unit, integration, HIL, regression).
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-time robotics software to automate agricultural equipment
• Run and refine complex agricultural machines that unite vision-based deep learning, distributed computing, and precise sensing and actuation to reliably execute operations in the field
• Investigate and solve difficult, unsolved challenges in sensing, actuation, and autonomous operations to push machine performance forward
• Integrate a wide variety of sensing, computing, actuation, and user interface hardware and software to achieve machine performance goals.
