Job summary

Clarify AI is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to transform the medical billing and reimbursement workflow. You will build and deploy models that detect billing discrepancies, optimize claims processing, and improve reimbursement accuracy using structured and unstructured healthcare data.

You will develop NLP solutions for medical codes, ensure real-time processing, and maintain HIPAA compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into production systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science with a focus on healthcare applications.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims data, medical records) and NLP for billing, coding, or clinical processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable ML.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and standards like FHIR/HL7.
