Job Details

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to identify billing discrepancies, optimize claims processing, and improve reimbursement accuracy.
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including claims data, EHR records, and provider/payor transactions.
• Build and refine NLP models for medical coding interpretation and automated claim validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate industry challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize algorithms for scalability and real-time processing of medical claims.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while handling sensitive patient data.
• Continuously research and integrate the latest advancements in AI and machine learning for healthcare applications.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science, with a focus on healthcare applications.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience working with healthcare data.
• Proficiency in NLP and deep learning techniques for text processing in medical billing and coding.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms for scalable AI deployments.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.
