Reddit is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the conversion modeling team. You will shape vision, drive strategic roadmap for deep learning models in ads, and collaborate with PMs, DS, and engineers across the Ads org.

This remote-friendly role is open to candidates nationwide in the U.S. You will oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and architect robust models for ranking, recommendation, and conversion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading ML teams, ideally in Ads.
• Hands-on experience training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale models.
• Experience with Ads conversion modeling, ranking & recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define the team's vision and strategic roadmap for conversion modeling.
• Lead a cross-functional team with PM, DS, and engineers.
• Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Recruit and mentor ML talent, fostering growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on engagement strategies and KPIs.
• Innovate in ML architecture for conversion prediction.
