Job summary

CampTek.ai in the United States is seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to build the intelligence behind our revenue cycle solutions. You will work end to end on predictive models, generative AI, and data science using Azure, handling real-world healthcare data.

You will deploy and monitor models with MLOps, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with remote teams to deliver scalable AI for providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production ML model development and deployment.
• Hands-on healthcare data experience: claims, remittance, EHR data, or coding.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, PyTorch).
• Experience building with large language models, including RAG and prompts.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI and data services (Azure OpenAI, AML, Doc Intelligence).
• Ability to explain trade-offs clearly; self-directed in a fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Predictive Modeling & Data Science: build models for denial prediction and underpayment detection.
• Generative AI & Agents: design LLM-powered solutions and document processing workflows on Azure.
• Data & MLOps on Azure: create data pipelines, deploy and monitor models with CI/CD and drift detection.
• Responsible AI & Compliance: protect PHI and ensure explainability and auditability.
