Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Mission Engagement Associate to manage IPAA awards and oversee workplace and civic giving. The role includes holiday campaigns, donor portfolio oversight, and community outreach to reduce poverty and inequities.

You will coordinate events, recruit volunteers, and collaborate with partners to build meaningful community relationships. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Two (2) years' experience in fundraising and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute cost effective strategies for workplace giving and civic giving, in-kind contributions and specified fundraising campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of 75-100 workplace giving, civic, and online donors with outreach and stewardship.
• Coordinate community outreach and public speaking to discuss poverty and inequities and increase visibility of Sound Generations.
• Lead holiday workplace giving campaigns and partner with sites for timely gift distribution.
• Collaborate to grow events, volunteer opportunities, and third-party support for community relationships.
• Recruit, cultivate, engage, and steward volunteers for fundraising activities and advocacy.
• Coordinate brand stewardship, website updates, and branded materials across communications.
• Oversee advertising and outreach while cultivating ties with businesses and civic groups.
