Qualifications

• Experience: Open to entry, mid-level, and senior-level Title Landmen with foundational knowledge or experience in mineral title examination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Active AAPL membership is required.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation are essential for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed mineral title research, run chain of title, and examine county records for nationwide projects.
• Build accurate land ownership reports, runsheets, and title briefs tailored to client and regional standards.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions to manage, format, and deliver clean client-facing data.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers and client teams to ensure technical accuracy and meet project deadlines.
