Job summary

Kodland is seeking a remote Minecraft coding instructor in the United States to teach block-based coding and basic programming concepts using Minecraft: Education Edition, MakeCode, and Scratch. You will deliver engaging lessons and support student creativity.

Ideal candidates are energetic, patient, and able to report progress while collaborating with the instructor team. English level must be at least B2, and you must be available for at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of coding and comfort with block-based platforms.
• Experience with Scratch is a plus.
• English level at least B2 to communicate with students.
• Available to teach at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun and interactive Minecraft coding lessons using the provided materials.
• Help students understand coding fundamentals through MakeCode.
• Encourage participation and keep students motivated throughout lessons.
• Collaborate with Kodland instructors and share feedback to improve lessons.
• Regularly report on student progress and represent Kodland positively.
