Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive field sales experience in mining, oil, gas, construction or OTR tires.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales or Mining preferred.
• Ability to travel 50%–75% and work independently in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with mine customers, dealers and Commercial Sales to grow market share in OTR tires.
• Establish relationships with key mining company personnel for long-term growth.
• Monitor and report product performance and data for assigned mining locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve tire performance and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Educate dealers and end users on safety and best practices.
• Forecast and manage supply for mine sites to ensure right product at right time.
