Job summary

WoodJobs.com is seeking a detail-oriented Microvellum Operator to create accurate shop drawings and CNC-ready production files for custom millwork projects. You will read architectural drawings, prepare material reports, and coordinate with project managers, engineering, and production in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Microvellum and AutoCAD, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microvellum/AutoCAD experience.
• Strong reading of architectural/shop drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in commercial millwork or cabinetry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop drawings and production drawings with Microvellum and AutoCAD.
• Revise drawings based on client comments and field conditions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Support drafting standards and library components.
• Create CNC-ready files, cut lists, and material reports.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specs, and field dimensions.
• Maintain organized project files and revision tracking.
