Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Millennium Patient Accounting Analyst to join the EHR Services team. You will liaise between end users, project teams, and resources to provide exemplary application support for Oracle Health Millennium and related systems.

You will handle incident logging, build changes, QA testing, and 24/7 on-call rotations while ensuring high-quality, compliant revenue cycle processes and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare domain knowledge and clinical workflow support.
• 4+ years of experience with Cerner Patient Accounting (PFS).
• 4+ years of experience with third-party integration support and ops jobs management.
• Familiar with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management.
• MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incidents logged by end users (billing edits, claim rejects, missing charges).
• Manage work queues and pre-bill edit resolution; re-bill and re-file workflows.
• Validate and support charge capture across clinical areas; troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor batch jobs and revenue extracts; coordinate with EDI teams for rejections.
• Own and manage Tier 2 tickets through resolution; document fixes.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 and vendor teams for escalations.
• Provide support for Oracle Health Millennium applications design, build, testing and maintenance.
• Create and maintain training materials and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with end users to confirm build changes in supported systems.
