Job summary

Volta Belting Technology is seeking a Midwest Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across North Dakota to Arkansas, with a remote/home-office setup. The role requires travel up to 50% and a proven sales track record in conveyor belting or related equipment.

You will build distribution partnerships, provide technical support, develop product strategies, and deliver timely pricing and orders while representing Volta to customers and OEMs with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of successful industrial sales experience servicing distributors, OEMs, and end users.
• Experience in conveyor belt industry or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of belting technology and materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with distribution partners and provide product/application expertise.
• Provide technical support to OEMs and end users.
• Plan and develop product strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Identify and pursue new customers.
• Provide timely pricing and delivery information.
