Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Manager (Product Success SME) to support the DoWEA Enterprise Cybersecurity contract. This role is 100% remote and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

You will bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support adoption, governance, automation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on training, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Intune, and related services.
• Experience monitoring roadmaps, feature releases, service changes, and product adoption activities.
• Experience gathering/documenting business requirements and translating needs into technology recommendations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption, training, or change management initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, automation solutions, governance assessments, or operational analytics.
• Experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar technologies for 365 administration or governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related tools.
• Review roadmap announcements, Message Center items, feature releases, and service changes to assess impacts and actions.
• Analyze usage, adoption metrics, user feedback, and operational data to identify improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into recommendations for governance and productivity improvements.
• Support release readiness, change management, pilots, UAT, and feature validation with Government personnel and technical teams.
• Develop training materials, job aids, user guides, and communications to drive adoption.
• Create scripts, automation, dashboards, and reports using PowerShell, Graph, Power Platform, Power BI, or related technologies.
• Monitor governance, compliance, and lifecycle management across Microsoft 365 assets.
