Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and lead generation. You will manage campaigns, report results, optimize for cost per appointment, and coordinate with clients to drive retention and referrals.

You will also set up tracking, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows to ensure smooth operations and scalable success across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results.
