Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta advertising for subscription-based brands.
• Proven CAC/LTV optimization and payback understanding.
• Experience scaling profitable campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• End-to-end Meta account ownership from strategy to optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta growth for Wild Pastures: strategy, structure, budget, optimization, and scaling on Facebook/Instagram.
• Drive profitable subscription growth with clear ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, and payback targets.
• Design testing roadmaps for creative, offers, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Guide creative development with strategy insights to improve results.
• Monitor performance daily, identify trends, and communicate risks and opportunities.
