Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in media buying on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Attention to detail to ensure ads run smoothly and correctly.
• Strong communication skills for client calls and updates.
• Eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship from a Senior Growth Manager.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Growth Manager: support the execution of Meta ad campaigns.
• Campaign Monitoring: track performance, review budgets, and interpret decisions.
• Shadow Client Calls: participate and translate goals into actionable ad tactics.
• Meta Ads Execution: build and optimize Meta ads on Facebook & Instagram.
• Campaign Reporting: assist in preparing performance reports and insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with creative, strategy, and operations teams.
• Budget Management: support budget allocation and pacing within targets.
