Job summary

VirtueStaff LLC is seeking a Meta Ads & GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to manage paid campaigns and backend lead workflows for a marketing agency client. You will create and launch Meta ads, connect Meta lead forms to GHL, and set up automated email follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.

You will also assist with social media posting and support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong English communication and specialist Meta/GHL experience are required.

Qualifications

• Specialist-level experience with Meta Ads, Pixel and Lead Ads.
• Hands-on experience configuring GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
• Digital marketing background with exposure to Google PPC platforms.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (NanoBanana) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns with Pixel tracking.
• Integrate Meta Lead Ads with GoHighLevel for real-time leads.
• Design and maintain automated email sequences in GHL.
• Schedule and publish organic content across client social channels.
• Provide general admin support and ad-hoc tasks.
