Job summary
Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Solutions Lead, Development to provide technical leadership in MES/MOM implementations. This remote role requires 10–15 years of experience in software development, where you'll lead development strategy and ensure code quality across various systems.
Key responsibilities include guiding architecture decisions, customizing solutions, and mentoring developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL, with additional technical certifications preferred.
A salary range of 85,000 – 120,000 EUR is offered, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
- 7–10 years leading development/customization in MES systems.
- 5–7 years in consultative client-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for software development.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable code delivery.
