Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise MES Technical Lead to scale manufacturing by modernizing MES, PLM, ERP integrations, and data infrastructure across engineering, planning and production.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, system reliability, and continuous improvement within the Digital Thread Systems team; US citizenship required and telework from any US location. You will translate requirements into configurations, lead deployments, support patches, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10-13 years.
• Experience administering, configuring, supporting, or implementing complex enterprise applications.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application, database, performance, configuration, and integration issues.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues, risks, and recommendations to technical and senior leadership audiences.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for the enterprise MES platform and supporting technology environment.
• Administer and configure MES capabilities supporting workflows, manufacturing plans, bills of materials, work instructions, production records, data collection, material traceability, and user access.
• Monitor system health, performance, capacity, logs, jobs, databases, and data integrity and proactively address technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership for MES implementations, upgrades, configuration changes, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• Coordinate deployment activities across development, test, staging, and production environments.
