Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Specialist to support our Electronics Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville. The role focuses on configuring MES workflows, BOMs, data collection, and traceability across production lines.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of MES experience, strong understanding of ERP/PLM interfaces, and a BS degree. Relocation assistance and secure workspace may be offered during deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES and manufacturing IT systems.
• Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into MES configurations.
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Support MES workflows, routings, and data collection to ensure traceability.
• Configure MES processes and integrate with ERP/PLM systems.
• Troubleshoot MES issues with shop floor users.
• Develop and maintain MES documentation and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, IT, and Quality teams.
