Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise MES Technical Lead to scale manufacturing by modernizing MES, integrations, and infrastructure across engineering, planning, and production.

You will oversee MES administration, configuration, health, performance, and production support, driving upgrades and integrations while aligning with enterprise standards. This role enables a national telework model and requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10-13 years.
• Experience administering complex enterprise applications.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application, database, and integration issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise upgrades, patches, deployments and releases.
• Strong relational DB and SQL knowledge; enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the enterprise MES platform and environment.
• Lead MES implementations, upgrades, deployments and hypercare.
• Coordinate interfaces between MES, PLM, ERP and other systems.
• Provide production support and incident leadership for MES.
• Mentor administrators and align MES with enterprise standards.
