Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Merchant Services Representative to work with business owners, mapping their current payments, proposing better solutions, and bringing accounts on board. This is a full-time role with remote flexibility and a structured training program guided by seasoned professionals.

Earnings are performance-based, with bonuses for strong months. You will hold discovery conversations, analyze current costs, recommend payments and POS packages, and manage merchant

Qualifications

Confident with numbers and able to explain clearly.
Persistent and organized with consistent follow-up.
Self-motivated and able to work without micromanagement.
Sales, retail management, or client-facing experience is a strong plus.
Ability to stay organized and manage a steady pipeline.

Responsibilities

Hold discovery conversations with owners about their processing and equipment.
Break down what they pay today and where they could save.
Recommend a payment and POS package and ask for the business.
Complete merchant applications and see each account through approval.
Stay in touch through launch so every merchant starts strong.
Keep your pipeline and notes current in the CRM.
