Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Illinois, LLC is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build displays per account guidelines. You will support sales consultants in merchandising, assist with backroom organization, and help coordinate display timing with retailers.

The role involves maintaining call schedules, ensuring POS materials, and rotating products to maximize sell-through. Prior customer service ability, strong communication, and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/work experience.
• Proven ability to use MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain call schedule and merchandising processes with retailers.
• Ensure POS materials are displayed and product rotates properly.
• Build and install displays; coordinate timing with sales and stores.
• Stock shelves to maximize sell-through; assist with product resets.
• Develop knowledge of industry, channel and brands continuously.
