Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Illinois, LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build displays in assigned accounts. You will collaborate with sales consultants to maximize sell-through and ensure planogram compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining call schedules, following merchandising processes, placing POS materials, and coordinating product resets. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 45-65 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and other presentation software.
• Must be results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills; sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a timely and accurate call schedule.
• Follows established merchandising processes for each retailer while maintaining supplier requirements.
• Ensures point-of-sale material is placed on shelves and displays.
• Rotates product through organized processes.
• Builds and installs displays and coordinates timing/location with sales.
• Stocks shelves and displays to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinates product resets and communicates account issues.
• Establishes rapport with key account contacts.
