Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Illinois, LLC is seeking a Full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build product displays in assigned accounts. The role supports sales consultants by merchandising and coordinating display placement to drive sell-through and brand visibility.

The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Union benefits and a competitive hourly rate are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain call schedule and follow merchandising processes with retailers
• Place point-of-sale materials on shelves and displays
• Stock shelves and displays to maximize sell-through
• Build and install displays and coordinate timing and location with sales
• Develop brand knowledge and provide feedback to accounts and BBG contacts
• Assist with product resets and maintain relationships with key contacts
