Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build displays for key accounts. You will work closely with sales consultants to coordinate timing and locations of displays, ensuring POS materials are visible and shelves are merchandised to maximize sell-through.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills; valid driver's license; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays to maximize sell-through.
• Rotate inventory according to account requirements and organize backroom.
• Build and install displays; coordinate timing and location with accounts.
• Maintain POS materials and merchandising standards in stores.
• Support sales consultants and service accounts within requirements.
• Identify account issues and opportunities; communicate to BBG contacts.
