Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Reno is seeking an Off-Premise Merchandiser to bring our premium beverage brands to life in stores across the market. This active, hands-on role involves creating eye-catching displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.

You will travel within your territory, build retailer relationships, rotate merchandise, and support promotions. Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 45–65 lbs. Car allowance and gas card are provided.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.
• Able to work in a physically active role, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build displays and manage POS materials for promotions.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong rapport with key accounts and relay feedback to sales team.
• Identify brand opportunities and expand shelf/cold box facings.
