You will analyze sales and inventory, maintain reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance across channels. Remote role with EST hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in merchandising, buying, planning, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Self-directed, adaptable, and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of seasonal and ongoing product assortments.
• Analyze sales, inventory, margin, and product performance to identify trends and risks.
• Evaluate performance at SKU, collection, and category levels and surface insights.
• Maintain and update assortment, product, and merchandising reports.
• Present data-driven recommendations at assortment reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, promotions, and lifecycle management.
