Armoire Style, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Operations Manager to connect Merch, vendors, Receiving, Ops, and Retail. The role ensures merchandise data stays accurate and shipments move smoothly across systems, driving timely restocks and inventory visibility.

You will own follow-through on merchandising operations, maintain critical trackers, and proactively flag issues before they impact timelines. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to scale tagging and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in merchandise operations, retail operations, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, vendors, and cross‑functional requests.
• Experience with tagging, inventory tracking, or ERP/analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational follow-through behind merchandising, coordinating with vendors after assortment decisions.
• Submit purchase orders and buying-team‑directed order changes and track confirmations.
• Maintain visibility to outstanding orders, flag delays, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect imagery and item information for tagging and launches.
• Support tagging and taxonomy attribution for incoming inventory and ensure 30 days prior readiness for shipment.
• Own communications to Receiving and Ops regarding upcoming orders and timing changes.
• Assist in the evolution of tagging processes and tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Support cross-functional campaigns for new category launches and inventory initiatives.
