Job summary

Uptalent.io seeks a skilled MEP BIM professional to create detailed Revit models and construction docs for diverse projects in the United States. You will coordinate with architects and engineers, apply clash detection, and contribute to project schedules while working remotely.

Ideal candidates have strong MEP knowledge, experience with Revit and Navisworks, and comfort with U.S. codes and standards. This role offers remote flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Extensive experience in MEP BIM modeling for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in clash detection using Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prior experience working on projects based in the United States.
• Familiarity with U.S. codes and standards.
• Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed MEP models in Revit.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design aspects and resolve conflicts.
• Develop 3D models and construction documentation for MEP systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, adhering to project specifications.
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and deliverables.
