Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+). Therapists may practice CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities, with a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly and 8–24 hours of availability.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in CO (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Psychologist) with strong adult therapy experience.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; we cover costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
• 6+ months of teletherapy experience.
• Proficiency with PHQ-9 and comfort using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Manage caseload of 7–20 sessions per week; 8–24 hours weekly, Mon–Fri 8:00–21:00 MST.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and document in EMR within 48 hours of contact.
• Use data to guide treatment adjustments.
