Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians in Arizona to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+. You will use modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT while managing a caseload and flexible hours.

The role includes AI-assisted documentation, onboarding support for multi-state licensure, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll join a team recognized for workplace excellence and a commitment to accessible mental health care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in AZ as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; cost covered by company.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months teletherapy, PHQ-9 proficiency, comfortable with EMR.

Responsabilités

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+, using CBT/DBT/ACT/MBCT/TLDP/IPT/EFT/MI.
• Maintain caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours availability Mon–Fri 8:00–21:00 MST.
• Weekly manager check-ins for 6 weeks, then monthly.
• Use data to drive treatment and adjust approaches based on progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer when appropriate.
• Complete and lock EMR documentation within 48 hours of client contact.
