Job summary

Amae Health is seeking a Part-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist to deliver group therapy to adults with severe mental illness, entirely remote in California. The role requires an active California license or registration, strong group facilitation skills, and ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation is hourly, with paid training and ongoing supervision; availability for weekday mornings/evenings is preferred, along with documentation duties and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Experience leading virtual group therapy sessions with adults

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual group therapy for adults with severe mental illness.
• Provide individual therapy when indicated.
• Deliver evidence-based care (CBT, DBT, MI).
• Maintain timely clinical documentation with privacy standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, primary care, nutrition, and community health workers.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
