Job summary

Pacific Health Group in California is seeking a part-time therapist to provide direct and telehealth services in a hybrid remote role, delivering assessments, treatment plans, and interventions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The position requires a California license (AMFT/ACSW/APCC), a Master's degree, and at least two years of mental health experience; bilingual abilities are a plus; work hours 2pm-7pm PST, two days in person, remote within CA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling.
• California license as AMFT/ACSW/APCC required.
• Minimum 2 years of mental health experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish and/or Arabic preferred.
• Experience with telehealth and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and telehealth therapy services to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and formulate treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
• Collaborate with care teams and leadership.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
