Job Title
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, CSW, PC, LCMHC, MHC, ICSW)

Summary Of Duties

• Providing counseling services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
• Maintaining quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
• Assisting with practice development, including protocol creation, training, and clinical discussions with prospective clients
• Taking notes and assigning billing codes within the EMR, including handling no-shows
• Reviewing and interpreting patient assessments
• Attending monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

Role Structure

This position is part-time, 8 to 10 hours per week, with 4 hours guaranteed. We operate from 8:00 A.M to 8:00 P.M., Monday to Saturday CST. We are committed to flexible scheduling.

This is a 100% remote position.

Supervision Received

This role reports to Televero’s Director of Counseling.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Completion of a CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program
• Active license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, CSW, PC, LCMHC, MHC, ICSW) in Florida, Georgia, Washington, Colorado, Connecticut, or South Carolina

Skills Desired

• Minimum two years outpatient experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams
• Telehealth and EMR experience preferred
• Adaptability, troubleshooting skills, and flexibility
• Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic organization
