Job summary

Spring Water Behavioral Health Services is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to provide outpatient care fully remote. This full-time role offers a salary of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually and a chance to serve diverse populations.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver CBT and DBT in a telehealth setting, collaborating with psychiatrists and other professionals while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.
• Experience with mood disorders and evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder severity and impact.
• Create individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and preferences.
• Deliver CBT and DBT interventions to address mood disorders.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mood disorders and treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain confidential records of assessments, sessions, and plans in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team consultations, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
