Job summary

Hamilton Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking licensed mental health therapists for a fully remote, full-time position. You will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, set goals, and monitor client progress using teletherapy tools.

A strong focus on ethical practice and client confidentiality guides all work. Ideal candidates hold a state license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD) and have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, compassionate, non-judgmental approach to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Set and evaluate therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress.
• Offer teletherapy options to improve accessibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation complying with ethics and regulations.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through trainings and supervision.
