Zusammenfassung

SoCal Soul Family Therapy Inc is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual psychotherapy to adults via telehealth across California. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and apply evidence-based and holistic modalities while documenting progress within our EHR.

The role is part-time and remote with future plans for in-person services and a possible hybrid model. We value culturally responsive, inclusive care and collaboration with other professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a telehealth environment
• Comfort with using technology in clinical practice
• Interest in evidence-based and holistic integrative approaches to mental health

Aufgaben

• Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to adults in California
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based modalities and adapt to client needs
• Incorporate holistic approaches when appropriate
• Monitor progress and measurable outcomes
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation and use EHR
• Collaborate with other professionals with client authorization
• Conduct risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
• Develop or co-facilitate psychotherapy groups or psychoeducational sessions
