SoCal Soul Family Therapy Inc is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual psychotherapy to adults via telehealth across California. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and apply evidence-based and holistic modalities while documenting progress within our EHR.
The role is part-time and remote with future plans for in-person services and a possible hybrid model. We value culturally responsive, inclusive care and collaboration with other professionals.
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, and life transitions.
Clinicians at SoCal Soul have the opportunity to practice with clinical independence while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. We value clinicians who are interested in evidence based treatment while remaining open to thoughtfully incorporating holistic and integrative approaches into client care.
$75 per direct clinical service hour. Required nonclinical work is compensated separately at the applicable administrative rate. This is a W-2, part-time, nonexempt position.
Experience or advanced training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma informed therapy, mindfulness based interventions, somatic approaches, or other evidence based or integrative modalities is welcomed
Our practice offers services during the following hours:
This is a part‑time position with a flexible remote work arrangement. At this time, the role is fully remote. As our practice expands, we will begin offering in‑person services, and this position will transition to a hybrid/in‑person model. Applicants should therefore be able and willing to provide in-person services at a future SoCal Soul Family Therapy location when the hybrid model is implemented.
We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds, as we deeply value diversity, inclusivity, and culturally responsive care within our practice.
