Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methods (e.g., motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, CBT).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to address mental wellbeing for individuals and families aged 13+.
• Deliver therapy via virtual platforms with autonomy to grow the Minute Clinic practice.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment planning.
