Job summary

Generation Hope is seeking a Clinical Mental Health Intern to support the Mental Health program. The role involves developing and coordinating workshops and groups at program events, with some weekend hours.

You will work under the Senior Mental Health Manager and gain supervision from a licensed clinician. The internship is for January 2027–December 2027, with a flexible, hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; pursuing master's in clinical mental health counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised direct services to Scholars and their families (individual, family, couples, group sessions).
• Maintain SOAP notes and other clinical documentation.
• Assist in facilitating non-crisis mental health text line and workshops.
• Track direct and indirect hours accurately; engage in outreach to connect resources.
• Create psychoeducation materials and wellness content; assist with communications to Scholars.
